La Porrona |

La Porrona is situated
in Plaza Larga in the old Arabic part of the city. In the mornings the
square is a market where they sell vegetables and flowers. Later on
the restaurant takes over and provides a relaxing, typically andaluz
setting. The speciality is Paella and there is even a vegetarian version.

The bar is almost a museum and the walls are covered with photos and images of famous flamenco dancers and singers. You may even see some of them drinking in the bar in person. |

The dining room is furnished
like a cave in the Sacromonte. The whole atmosphere is 100% pure andaluz.
