To book the apartment, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. The remainder is paid on arrival.

It is important to be considerate of the neighbours. It is strictly forbidden to have parties or make noise in the apartment after 22:00 at night.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled on the same day or the guest does not arrive, the guest is liable to pay the full amount.
