The Eshavira club has been going for 18 years. It's got some fantastic photos over the bar and is a good place to go if you like live jazz and flamenco music.

There are normally jazz performaces on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and flamenco on Sundays, starting at 23:00. Although you will need to pay to get in one these nights, the price normally includes a drink. On other nights, however, you can have a drink in the bar and listen to some good music or sit in the patio outside.

To find the bar, first find the street Calle Azacayas. This is between Gran Vía and Calle Elvira. Leading off this is an alley called Calle Postigo de la cuna (see photo opposite.) At the end of this alley is the bar.
