To book the house, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. The remainder is paid on arrival.

Pets not accepted.

No smoking is permitted inside the house.

It is necessary to pay a damages deposit of 250€ to cover any damage or breakage. This will be refunded once the house has been checked.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Marina del Este is a small marina between Almuñécar and La Herradura. It has a relaxing chiringuito/beach bar, various bars and restaurants and two supermarkets. There is also a diving school and an ATM. Marina del Este is ideally located and is approximately 60 minutes (90km) from Málaga airport and 60 minutes (60km) from Las Alpujarras. With the new motorway between Motril and Granada, it now only takes 75 minutes to drive to Granada (90km) and so it is possible to visit Granada for the day.
