To book the house, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price in advance. The remaining 70% is due 60 days before arrival.

Pets not accepted.

No smoking is permitted inside the house.

It is necessary to pay a damages deposit of 250€ to cover any damage or breakage. This will be refunded once the house has been checked.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Almuñécar is a lively Spanish town and is the perfect place for a beach holiday with its many Spanish/international bars and restaurants. Almuñécar is ideally located and is approximately 75 minutes (85km) from Málaga airport and 40 minutes (50km) from Las Alpujarras. With the new motorway linking Motril and Granada, it now only takes 45 minutes to drive to Granada (80km) and so it is possible to visit Granada for the day.
