The apartments are situated
in the Calle San Matias which is in the modern
centre of Granada. They are surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars
etc.
It
is just
a short
walk
to the
cathedral
and the
entrance to the Alhambra is about 10 minutes walking.

All the apartments
have:
Air-conditioning
(hot and cold): all apartments have split inverter air-conditioning
units in the lounge and the bedroom.
Kitchen
2 electric hobs, sink, extractor, fridge, microwave, cooking
utensils, crockery, knives and forks, washing machine.
Bathroom
Bath/shower, washbasin.
Lounge/dining room
with dining table and chairs, colour TV, a sofa bed.
Parking: There
are underground car parks 3 minutes' walk away from the apartments
but we recommend that you park in the Severo Ochoa underground
carpark because it is cheaper and easier to get to.
The prices include:
Electric heating and hot
water, all taxes and surcharges (there are no hidden surprises),
towels and sheets, and use of a set of keys
Prices:
To make a booking
you will have to pay a down payment of 50% of the total price
in advance.
You will have to pay the rest on arrival.

There is no refund of the
deposit if you cancel.
You have to pay the full
amount on arrival.
If you have to cancel for
reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you with

On arrival the owners
will take a breakages/damage deposit of 100 euros in cash
and you will be given
a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.
Check-in time: after
14:00 until 22:00
Check-out time: before 12:00 (midday)

towels provided? Yes
Are pets allowed? Sorry, due to previous bad experiences cats and
dogs are NOT allowed.
Is there any heating? Yes, there is an air-conditioning
unit in the bedroom and the lounge.
Do you have parking? No, but there are very good
underground car parks. We provide full instructions including maps
in the instructions.
ARRIVAL:
