Good things about accomodation:It was easy to walk around the whole of Granada from the apartment. The nearby hotel parking meant we could leave the car there and not worry about it during our stay.
Good bars and restaurants:The Alhambra was as impressive and interesting as everyone says it is. The busy narrow shopping streets feel really lively.

Good things about accomodation:La casa es preciosa y también su posición es estupenda. La recepción y el desayuno han sido muy buenos
Complaints about accomodation:ninguna

Good things about accomodation:I loved being in the center of the experience by staying in the center of the Albaicin. The Casa was a perfect combination of guest house and personal dwelling: we had the resources and assistance of the hotel a couple blocks away, but had a reasonable amount of privacy by having our own little house.
Complaints about accomodation:No
Good bars and restaurants:it's 2015 and I think the world is pretty aware that Spain is one of the Western world's gastronomic leaders, if not THE leader. So coming to Granada, you want to participated in that food tradition yet all the restaurants make it overwhelming and some clearly are just tourist traps. The restaurant La Oliva, however, is a beacon of information as the owner there is a proud ambassador of Andalusian cuisine and provides an extremely affordable six course meal that is centered around wine and products from the region. The food is very approachable and the owner walks his guests (only about six per each dinner service) through each course with an explanation of the simple but delicious dish they are about to enjoy. I would even go as far to say that if the people of Granadainfo.com haven't gone yet, then you should get there soon.
Bad experiences in Granada:no. Things were priced higher in the more touristy Arabs and less so in the lesser-known areas. This is not a problem specific to Granada but rather goes on everywhere in he world.
Suggestions:keep on doing what you are doing!

Good things about accomodation:The Corralon was in a great location with a beautiful view at night of The Alhambra close by. The bus stop was just up the street. We ate at the restaurant just 100 feet from our room and it was real good. The free breakfast at the hotel was great!

Complaints about accomodation:Bread and croissants were stale every morning.

Room or apartment: Corralon
Good things about accomodation:We enjoyed so many things - like, good eating venues being close by; friendliness of taxi drivers, feeling of being pretty safe in the streets, even at night.
Complaints about accomodation:Casita Corralon was very charming, well set up, and we enjoyed staying there. But we were very disappointed that there was no wifi there at any time that we tried to access it the entire stay - one of our criteria for choosing this place - and no evidence there ever is any wifi there, as the websites specifically advertises. The other, lesser complaint is that it would have been a more hospitable welcome if someone from the hotel had helped us to the casita, rather than sending us off on our own on foot to find it, dragging all our luggage, down the narrow, cobbled street.
Good bars and restaurants:Al Hambra was impressive of course but maybe tourist brochures meant we expected it to be even more stunning than it was , so it was slightly disappointing, including the tour guide.
Suggestions:If you mention that you can't use the wifi then we could try to help you work out the problem. We are paying for the internet conexion and you are not able to use it that is really frustrating. The fact that you don't even tell us about the problem is even worse.

Good things about accomodation:The Casa Corallon is situated right around the corner from one of Albaicin's more charming little plazas, Placeta de San Miguel Bajo. The apartment boasts a five minutes' walk from the city centre, however I would count at least 10. Not that this is in any way important, unless you need to be on time somewhere. And if you don't want to walk, the excellent and very frequently running little bus takes you down into the city for a mere 1,20€. Granada in general was experienced as a nice, relaxed, clean and welcoming city. What more can you really ask for? It has its sepcific sights and events, which are the main reasons for going there, but even without them (OK, maybe not without the Alhambra, the Albaicin, the Sacromonte, the flamenco...) Granada was well worth the visit!
Good bars and restaurants:The Alhambra is an unevitable must! Apart from this, I'd recommend a walk around the Albaicin. Bring sensible shoes and some water, and remember: whenever you walk downhill, you're on your way back into the city. The little streets and stairs and narrow passages can seem difficult to find, follow and remember, but it is not so easy as people seem to believe to get lost in there. We had meals in three of Placeta de San Miguel Bajo's restaurants/bars, and all were very good, possibly with Meson El Yunque on top, servicewise. But the Casa Blas also was very good.
Suggestions:If you arrive in Granada by bus or train, take a taxi to wherever you are going to stay (unless it's in the immediate neighbourhood). They are reasonably and uniformly priced and totally safe. Otherwise, Granada has an excellent bus service and the routes of the various lines are well shown at the bus stops. It is generally easier to communicate with people in Spanish, but all hotel and other staff we encountered sported good English.

Good things about accomodation:We like the location and the area which seemed to be the best in Granada. The cottage was very cosy and nice to have your own kitchen.
Complaints about accomodation: Would have like more information about location and types of eateries, minimarts and so on.
Good bars and restaurants:The walk around the district of the Albaicin was very pleasant. Alhambra of course is not to be missed.
Granadainfo comments:There is lots of information on the web page about eateries etc Click here

Good things about accomodation:The apartment was fantastic, a home from home and the little garden was great. The breakfast in the hotel a very short walk away is a nice bonus and the staff on the reception desk there were just wonderful.
Complaints about accomodation:No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.
Good bars and restaurants:The restaurants around the little plaza the apartment is situated off are quite good. We had great home made tapas in the bar closest to the church. A visit to the Mirador San Nicolas just up the road from the apartment is a must both by day and by night for its Alhambra views, as is a visit to the Alhambra itself.
Suggestions:Bring comfortable walking shoes!!

Good things about accomodation:It was in a fabulous position, the atmosphere was exciting, the local people were wonderful, the restaurants in the square were superb, the bus service right at our door and it made our big adventure to Spain very special
Bad experiences in Granada:Don't loose your ticket when in the Alhambra, even with the print out of the booking receipt they would not allow my companion to continue onto the Generalife. We had to desert her and move on without her!

The owners of the house were helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good things about accomodation:The apartment was in a great location, was well-equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. And the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We loved our whole experience.
Good bars and restaurants:Flamenco show at La Chumbera was excellent and worth the price just to see the lit Alhambra as a stage background.
Suggestions:Bring good walking shoes and spend some time in the restaurants and bars at midday.

Good things about accomodation:The property is comfortable and well equipped. The private garden is a real bonus.
Good bars and restaurants:Meson Casa Blas, just by the Casita in Plaza San Miguel Bajo, though not the cheapest of the local bar/restaurants, provides excellent food.
Suggestions:The hilly, cobbled street of the Albaicin are challenging. Take sensible shoes. Food shopping. If you go out of the Casita and turn left and left again you will find a mini-supermarket useful for the basics (bread, milk, eggs, fruit, etc).

Complaints about accomodation:they need to remove the downstairs toilet - the smell permeates the downstairs sitting room.

Good things about accomodation:Our accommodation was charming and typically Spanish. We particularly liked the private rear courtyard and the air conditioning.
Complaints about accomodation:Our accommodation was exactly what we expected as described on your website except booked accommodation for 5 people and one member of our family had to sleep on the lounge as there were only four beds. The staff were very helpful with check in and check out.
Suggestions:Pre-book your Alhambra tickets to avoid queues
Granadainfo comments:If there are 5 people the 5th person uses the sofa bed. It is clear on the website.
