To book the house, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. The remainder is paid on arrival.

No smoking is permitted inside the house.

It is necessary to pay a damages deposit of 500€ to cover any damage or breakage. This will be refunded once the house has been checked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 90 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.

LOCATION:

Click to see location on GOOGLEMAPS. This house is 20 minutes by bus to the centre of Granada on the N8 bus. The bus goes every hour from 7am until 10.30pm. A taxi from the centre costs around 8 euros. It is possible to walk down to Granada via a very pictureque route via the Sacromonte abbey. There is a restaurant right next to the house which does a menu del dia called el caldero There is another one called la padilla. Bread can be delivered to the house and you can buy fruit and vegetable from a van which comes daily. If you have no car the best way to do your main shopping is to go the medcadona in Ancho de Capuchinos, this supermarket is directly on the N8 bus route.

There is free parking near the house and you can drive to the door to unload.
