FACILITIES:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/lounge/dining room, 2 roof terraces. Gas central heating.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: Single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables
Bedroom 3: Two raised bunk-like single beds - one is 1.5m off the floor and the second is 2m off the floor. There are steps up to the beds and they are not suitable for people who can't manage ladders. There is also a small bed beneath for a child. See photos. Table and chairs.
Kitchen: fridge, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning equipment, etc.
Lounge/dining room: dining table

This house is ideally located. It is 45 metres from the nearest bus
stop and only a 10-minute walk to Plaza Nueva - the centre of Granada.
Minibuses 31 and 32 (for the Gran Vía and Plaza Nueva) go
past every 10 minutes.
Entrance and stairs
PARKING:
You can also park for free in the street near the house.
Traffic is restricted in this area and private cars can only enter between
14:00 and 20:00.
PRICES:
The form below automatically calculates the prices.
CONDITIONS:
To book the house, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in
advance. The remainder is paid when you arrive.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Official arrival time: 16:00 - 23:00
Official departure time: before 12:00
There is some flexibility
in these times wherever possible. It is necessary to pay a supplement of 15€ if you arrive after 23:00 to cover travel expenses.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date,
the deposit paid by credit card will be refunded. If the reservation is
cancelled fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will
not be refunded. If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, the guest is liable to pay the full amount.
