Location:
These studio apartments
have recently been refurbished and are in the centre
of Granada. They are ideally located for seeing the sights and
shopping. The cathedral and the Plaza Bib Rambla are nearby
and it's a short walk to Plaza Nueva (where the buses leave from
to go up to the Alhambra). This is the perfect place for couples.
Facilities:
1 open-plan studio apartment:
Sitting room/bedroom/kitchenette with double bed, sofa, wardrobe,
dining table and chairs. The
studio apartments are all centrally heated.
Separate bathroom:
washbasin, shower basin and toilet.
Kitchenette:
Fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge-freezer,
sink, cutlery, crockery,
pots and pans,
cooking
utensils,
cupboards, etc.
Parking:
There is a public underground car park nearby.
Prices:
There is a complicated price system and the best thing to do is to
use the automatic price calculator at the start
of the web form below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival
date, the deposit paid will be refunded (with the deduction of 6 euros
for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled between
30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will
be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 7 days before
the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
A damages deposit will be taken on arrival to cover any repairs, breakages or cleaning necessary to return the apartment to its original state as at the beginning of the stay.
Sheets and towels will be changed after
7 days for longer stays.
A cleaning and laundry service is available
for a fee on request.
