Good things about accomodation:We enjoyed the atomosphere in the town and the opportunity to visit the Alhambra which was magnificent.
Complaints about accomodation:We enjoyed the apartment which had excellent air conditioning and was in a good central location. The apartment was lovely and quiet. The standard of furnishings was good. The sink was a little inconvenient to get at.

Complaints about accomodation:The apartment was perfect and everything very well organized before arrival. Manuel was really friendly and his hospitability exemplary. Thank you very much for making everything so pleasant!
Suggestions:For Granada you do not need a car. We made all distances by foot and left the car at the parking house and it was no problem, except for the wasted money for the car rental...

Good things about accomodation:Perfect location; clean and modern and cute.
Complaints about accomodation:The shower head has rusted and cracked badly, so that water sprays out the top!
Good bars and restaurants:Great food across street from Alhambra at -- I think -- Jardines Alberto?
Bad experiences in Granada:Trex garage is SO tight that our rental car had a hard time getting in any space -- couldn't go downstairs at all. So I'd recommend only small car users use it.

Good things about accomodation:Manuel was very helpful - took time to explain the internet, point out attractions and grocery stores and recommend restaraunts. The apartment was clean and met our family's needs.
Complaints about accomodation:It would be helpful to have Instructions on how to work the TV
Good bars and restaurants:We really enjoyed the night tour of the Alhambra.
Suggestions:Thank you for being so accomodating. We enjoyed our stay in Granada and having a great place to stay in the city helped.

Good things about accomodation:The apartment was in a great location within walking distance of the whole of Granada. We were met at the right place and given lots of useful information.
Good bars and restaurants:We went to see an excellent flamenco show at Le Chien Andalou. The show was far better than the ones advertised to tourists and much better value. We would definitely recommend trying to see if there is a show on there as it was a great experience.
Suggestions:Granada is ideal for a short stay and the Santiago apartments are near to everything. You can walk up hill to the Alhambra from the apartment in ten to fifteen minutes although it is quite steep. Otherwise, the bus will pick you up right near the apartment.

Good things about accomodation:The apartments were in a lively, friendly, old part of town, teeming with great bars, shops, restaurants and corners to explore. We could walk anywhere we wanted to in a few minutes, particularly once we had worked out all the shortcuts. This couldn't have been a better location for us and, believe me, in our ten day holiday we covered a lot of ground - without taking a bus or a taxi except to and from the airport.
Complaints about accomodation:No complaints. The apartment would have been small if all the beds were occupied, but for two of us there was more than enough room. And the price was very acceptable.
Good bars and restaurants:In the Realejo, the Ocana stays open late, you can stand at the bar and chat to the staff, they're always pleasant and fun, then only a short step home to bed. Near the taxi rank at Plaza Nueva, Los Manueles serves excellent tapas and speciality dishes. They are also open for breakfast before many others - we were in there 7.15 a.m. a couple of times. Very useful the day we had to catch an early flight.
Bad experiences in Granada:We thought some of the restaurants a little pricey, although many offered three course set meals for around 10 or 11 euros, so can't complain about that. But why would you want to pay for food when virtually every bar you go into offers a tapa (usually delicious)with every drink?

Good things about accomodation:Just loved reproduction of Klimt in the room in our big, spacious, cool apartment it was the cherry on the top:)
Complaints about accomodation:The accommodation was perfect...We really felt at home
Good bars and restaurants:We've been to many bars..Feel free to explore, to go every time to another place to another area. But for those who like flamenco check when the festivals are taking place, so besides tablaos we went almost every evening to Verranos del corral(at the corral) - which was perfect. And also poema del cante jondo de Christina Ojos in Generalife - exquisite experiece, with the gardens of generalife, the sunset and of course magnificent show. Breathtaking...
Bad experiences in Granada:Fortunately everything was perfect...
Suggestions:Two weeks just are not enough, especially if you are taking some classes...

Good things about accomodation:Accomodation was just perfect. It's right in the city centre, close to all places of iterest, many shops and restaurants arround, parking is quite close. The apartment was large enought, not too expensive, conditioned and cosy.
Suggestions:Your company is doing a great job. Best wishes! Miroslav Pudlak and Veronika Pudlakova

Good things about accomodation:Really liked the rooms. Bed, blankets, huge closet space... all was great. I loved that soap, dish soap, and all the other kitchen appliances were available. We definitely made some good meals.
Complaints about accomodation:No complaints... maybe provide more dish towels. It was hard to do dishes of 6 people and pots and pans with no towels to dry them. Oh and a pot holder would be nice.
Good bars and restaurants:We went snowboarding and it was amazing. A little expensive but maybe show them options. Manuel helped us out a bit too with that.
Suggestions:No other comments or suggestions. Great place great stay! Everyone enjoyed it... it was so much better than a hotel or hostal.

Good things about accomodation:The Alhambra was beautiful. We went to Rhonda and Mijas for day trips. The accomodations were quiet which was good and it was great to have wifi which our daughter used when she visited as she was at the university and she did not have concsistent wifi at her host family.
Complaints about accomodation:A full lenght mirror would be nice as well as having a european hairdryer. Manuel was very accomadating but my hairdryer was too strong and blew the fuses. If I had asked for one I believe he would have supplied one. He was most helpful.
Good bars and restaurants:The cafe on the corner right below the apartments was great for breakfast as was the pastry shop in the same area. The Restaurante El Aguador in granada was very good.
Bad experiences in Granada:One needs to be careful about portion size. We found appetizers to often be more than sufficient plus one main meal for 2 adults. Also not everyone realizes bread is charged for. for us it was not a problem because our food often had wonderful sauces and the bread made it possible to savor every thing.
Suggestions:For Americans, $100 bills can be difficult to exchange. This was the first time we found it difficult to exchange money... many banks do not do this but Barclays Bank in one of the main plaza's does including at least in October change $100 bills. The best thing is to take a debit card and call your bank and let them know where you are traveling. Debit atms are avaiable everywhere however the conversion rate can be higher than the bank. Lastly Manuel was absoultely helpful and wonderful. We do speak spanish, not me but my husband is fluent as well as my daughter and I understand and he helped us out quite a bit. Waiters tips are included so often service can be quite poor unless you are a frequent customer so this can be very frustrating to Americans for 2 reasons, waiters here depend on their tips and good service is rewarded and many people who do not realize that tips are include will tip again eventhough service was horrible and already included.

Good things about accomodation:Our stay was so pleasant. the apartment was in a good location and very clean. The main bonus for us was the wonderful city of Granada and the very friendly Spanish people. A fine place for a vacation, unlike a lot of cities nowadays we felt very safe at all times. In particular the cathedral and the Alhambra were very special.
Bad experiences in Granada:No not at all. Prices for most things were fair and we ended up buying shoes and a leather jacket. In particular we found your suggestion for the airport bus service very good and value for money.
Suggestions:The agent who met us Manuel was excellent. I can not praise him high enough. A very nice and efficient gentleman, good at this job. A pleasure meeting him.
