Good things about accomodation:The apartment was in a wonderful position in Granada and our every need was catered for. Directions on how to get there were accurate. The apartment itself was perfect in every way.
Complaints about accomodation:No complaints at all
Good bars and restaurants:We walk a lot as we think this is the best way to enjoy and find out about the place you are staying at. Rafas apartment was central to everything we wanted to see. The Alhambra was especially fabulous.
Bad experiences in Granada:We have only the best of memories of our stay in Granada and hope to return some day.

Good things about accomodation:The apartment is extremely well located, well-equipped and comfortable. Granada is a beautiful and charming city and people were generally very friendly.
Complaints about accomodation:Instructions about how to use the washing machine would be helpful. However, when I couldn't figure out how to use it,Rafa very promptly came by to show me. The apartment is generally very clean but the bedspread, futon covers and dish towels could use a more thorough washing.
Suggestions:Your website is great and was very useful in helping me to plan my trip to Granada. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Good things about accomodation:Rafa and his partner were polite and helpful. Their lack of English and our minimal Spanish did not cause any problems.
Complaints about accomodation:1. Move the hot water heater so that you do not bang your head on it when using the bathroom (especially at night). 2. Supply a hair dryer.

Good things about accomodation:The perfect apartment to explore this wonderful and charming city. It's clean, comfortable and is within walking distance to practically everything. The owners are friendly and delightful people.
Suggestions:I would strongly urge the owners to provide a hairdryer, which is a far more useful article for the traveler than, say, the iron or the coffee-maker.

Good things about accomodation:Great location, although the street/alley was a bit dirty. Very easy to find and worry free! It was clean and cute!
