Good things about accomodation:House full of history, which you needed to speak Spanish to understand. Excellent traditional breakfast. Superb views of Alhambra from roof terrace.
Complaints about accomodation:Not really. TV in room did not seem to get a signal - but we did not actually want to watch anything, so it was not a problem.
Suggestions:Essential to book for Alhambra well before your visit. If you telephone them, it is option 2 to hear English - which we only discovered from a friend who spoke fluent Spanish. Open bus covered all of the city. Ticket valid for two days to hop on and off.

Good things about accomodation:If one is looking for an authentic Spanish-style house, this is the place to stay. The location is ideal for walking the barrios, and it's close enough to downtown for walking, as well.
Complaints about accomodation:No substantive complaint. The explanation of the accommodation says the owners speak English. The people we dealt with did not. It was not a problem, even though neither my wife nor I speak Spanish. They were most gracious and generous.

Good things about accomodation:The accommodation was quite unique and the terrace upstairs had a fabulous view. The location couldn't have been better and I hope I can return some day.
Suggestions:I like to drink tea and there was no kettle to boil water. All water is boiled in the microwave which is a bit unusual.

Good things about accomodation:We really enjoyed our stay in Granada. The house and terrace gardens were beautiful. The hostess was very nice and accommodating of our baby daughter. We felt very at home. Our lost stroller even got there from the airline.
Complaints about accomodation:There wer no directions from Malaga to Granada but the directions to the parking once in Granada were excellent. We appreciated having someone to call as we got lost several times traveling from Malaga airport.
Good bars and restaurants:The Alambra and Generalife were close enough to walk to but up hill. If you are fit, it is a beautiful forested walk on clear paths with good signage. Make sure you arrive 15 min earlier than the time on your ticket or you must pay again to enter at a later time.
Suggestions:I suggest you give directions including street numbers like the A7 especially from Malaga airport. It is best if you know some Spanish as not many people speak much English in Granada. Adios.
Granadainfo comments:It is well signposted from Malaga that is why we don't give explicit instructions. When you are in Malaga it is important to get on the road to Granada by getting in the right lane.
