The apartments are situated
near to Puerta Real in the modern centre of Granada. They are surrounded
by restaurants, tapas bars etc. It is just a short walk to the
cathedral
and the
entrance to the Alhambra is about 15 minutes walking.

All apartments have an air-conditioning units in the lounge.
Kitchen
2 electric hobs, sink, extractor, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils,
crockery, knives and forks.
The apartments don't have a washing machine but there is one that
you can use at the top of the building.
Bathroom
Bath/shower, wasbasin. Some of the apartments have a bidet.
Lounge/dining room
with dining table and chairs, colour TV, a sofa bed.
Parking: There
is a public underground
car park
about 3 minutes walk away which provides easy access both in and out
of the city.

Prices:
Minimum stay 2 nights
To make a booking
you will have to pay a downpayment of 25% of the total price
in advance.
You will have to pay the rest on arrival.

There is no refund of the
deposit if you cancel.

If you have to cancel for
reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you with

On arrival the owners will
take a breakages/damage deposit of 25% in cash and you will be given
a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.
Check in time: After 12
pm before 11pm.

Are pets allowed? Sorry, due to previous bad experiences cats and
dogs are NOT allowed.
Is there any heating? Yes, gas powered central heating with radiators
in every room.
Do you have parking? Yes, there is a public underground
car park 200 metres from the apartments.
Can I arrive
after midnight? No
If I arrive on the late flight from Liverpool is it OK?
There is no problem.
