CANCELLATION:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be used for a future reservation within a year.

FACILITIES:

These modern, clean and comfortable apartments are suitable for a maximum of 6 people and are situated in the centre of Granada. There are three types of apartments: studio apartments (4 pax), normal apartments with 1 bedroom (4 pax) and large apartments with 2 bedrooms (max. 6 pax).

Terecero derecha: lounge

Kitchen: electric hob, sink, extractor, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, knives and forks. The apartments do not have their own washing machine but there is one that you can use at the top of the building.

Lounge/dining room: dining table and chairs, colour TV, sofa-bed, AC.

Bathroom: bath/shower, wasbasin. Bidets in some.

Primero centro: kitchen

LOCATION:

The apartments are situated near Puerta Real in the modern centre of Granada. They are surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars etc. It is just a short walk to the cathedral and the entrance to the Alhambra is about 10 minutes walking.

CONDITIONS:

Check-in time: between 12.00 (midday) and 23.00.
Check-out time: before 11.45

On arrival the owners will take a breakages/damage deposit in cash and you will be given a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.

Pets are accepted (deposit required).
