You can rent both apartments and link them via a spiral staircase. Perfect for groups and families. They are just above the Barrio Realejos in the centre of Granada. It is possible to drive to the apartments at any time and park in the street and there are very good car communications. Quiet and tranquil.

Introduction:

2 apartments in the centre of Granada.

Location:
An attractive aspect of these apartments is the fact that they are in the centre but there is very easy access to the ringroad so it is very easy to get in an out to go for excursions, go to the ski station, go to the Alhambra etc. It is possible to park in the street near to the apartments.

It is a short walk down to Campo de Principe where there are lots of restaurants and it would take about 20 minutes to walk to Plaza Nueva which is the absolute centre of Granada.

It would take about 50 minutes to the ski station in Sierra Nevada.

Minimum stay 2 nights

To make a booking you will have to pay a non-returnable down payment in advance.
You will have to pay the rest on arrival.

There is no refund of the deposit if you cancel.
You have to pay the full amount on arrival.
If you have to cancel for reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you with proof of payment so that you can make a claim.

On arrival the owners will take a breakages/damage deposit of 100€ in cash for each house. You will be given a receipt. This money will be returned on leaving.
