Right in the centre of Granada. Everything of interest to the visitor to Granada is on your doorstep. The Alhambra 10 minutes. The Cathedral 2 mins, Plaza Nueva 1 min., Bib Rambla 2 mins etc. Surrounded by restaurants and lively bars open almost 24 hours per day. Large public car park (San Agustín) only 150m away. Facilities:

Kitchen: well fitted with fridge, kitchen utensils, dishes and plates, 2 burner gas hob, coffemaker, washing machine, iron, cleaning equipment; open plan (see photo).

Bathroom: wash basin, bidet, small bath, shower, bathroom cabinet; 100 litre electric hot water heater.

Lounge: round dining table and chairs, 2 armchairs, sofa, small table, wardrobe, shelves, TV.

One bedroom: double bed (135cm), 2 bedside tables, coat stand and shelves.

One bedroom: 2 singles beds (90cm), 2 bedside tables, round table with 2 chairs, wardrobe and shelves.

Extra notes: There are electric heaters. The electricity is included in the price. Sheets and blankets are provided and there is a towel for each person. There is no daily cleaning service included in the normal price although if you want it can be arranged. You must pay 25% of the full price in advance as a downpayment.

Question: As it is in a lively area, is it quiet at night?
Answer: It is not completely silent at weekends. There is often a slight murmur in the background from an Irish pub and a disco and aparently occasionally it is more than a slight murmur and it's possible to to hear the words of the songs. The pub has sound insulation which conforms to very strict regulations although, when the music is at full volume, it may be inadequate.
During the last 2 years around 150 people have stayed in this apartment. One person on 5th October 2001 complained that the noise during the night was loud. We gave a refund but from now on we will not give any refund due to the noise. Don't rent this apartment if you are a light sleeper. If you rent this apartment you take a slight risk that it may be noisy. However, on some nights it may be noisy (eg. new year's eve) and the only thing you will be able to do is put ear plugs in or get up and go to a late night bar. This is the only apartment on granadainfo.com that may have a noise problem but it is also the most popular due to the low price, and very central location.
No refund will be given in the case of noise during the night (see text above).

If you are unlucky and it is very noisy the only thing you can do is buy some ear plugs or go to the disco yourself and have some drinks. If you don't want to take the risk of it being noisy then
PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU CAN SLEEP
WITH NOISE if you phone us complaining that we did not warn you we will treat you politely, but don't expect much sympathy.

Arrival and Departure: The official arrival time is after 4pm and the official leaving time is before 12 noon. This allows 4 hours for cleaning if the house is occupied on the night before your arrival. Usually you can arrive before 4pm. We can let you in and give you the keys but we cannot guarantee that the cleaning will be finished until 4pm.
