Introduction:

The apartments are within a large Andalucian house in the centre of the Albaicín which is the old arabic part of Granada. All apartments have their own well equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and air-conditioning, etc. There is a very pleasant garden which is shared between the guests. 

Location:

The house is 2 minutes walk from the Mirador de San Nicolas which has very impressive views of the Alhambra. The Albayzin is an area known for its typical whitewashed houses, cobblestoned streets, geranium filled balconies and general romantic atmosphere.

Although the house is in a very quiet street there is a minibus every 15 minutes which will take you to the centre of Granada and easy access to the Alhambra. There are plenty of restaurants and little bars with open air terraces in the area. 

How to choose your apartment:
Probably the best thing to do is to choose the apartment most suitable for the amount of people in your group. All the apartments are of the same high quality and have the same Andalucian charm. 

You will have to pay a deposit by visa or mastercard to secure your reservation.

Facilities which ALL apartments have:

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen. microwave, sink, electric hobs, fridge, extractor fan, coffee maker. All kitchen utensils such as cutlery, cooking equipment, pots and pans etc.

Bathroom:
The bathrooms have a WC, shower, wash basin. Some of them have a bidet. Towels and sheets are provided.

Lounge/dining area:
Sofa, armchairs, dining table, dining chairs, some of them have a fireplace. Some of them have beds in the lounge.

Bedrooms:
2 single or 1 double, wardrobe with ample space for storing clothes and other items.

Shared Spaces:
There is a very pleasant garden, which is about 7 metres by 5 metres. There is a water fountain with bubbling water. A pond with a fish (it used to be a swimming pool). The depth is about 35cm. An area with a cobblestone floor with two sun loungers. A pergola with climbing wisteria. Flowers and plants.

There is a tower with views of the Alhambra. It is a nice place to read a book or maybe to have a quiet moment on your own away from your travelling companions while you admire the view.

NOTE: In the Jazmin apartment there is only one bedroom and there are two single beds in the lounge. To get to the bathroom it is necesary to pass through the bedroom.

Arrival time: The official arrival time is between 14:00 and 20:00

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled between 9 and 5 days before the arrival date, the price of one night will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 7 days before the arrival date, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

How the prices are worked out:

Length of stay: Stays of longer than 6 nights have a discount (not counting those days of the stay in the high season).

Note: This price system below is new and is complicated. It is possible there is an error which we have not discovered yet. If we discover the error before you pay the deposit we reserve the right to correct the error by asking your permission. If we take the deposit and afterwards discover an error we will abide by the price agreed.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 10 days before your arrival date, there is no charge. If you cancel 5-9 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 1 night. If you cancel 0-4 days before your arrival date, you will be charged the full price of your reservation.
