1 double bed 150cm x 190cm. Bedside table, wardrobe.

Kitchen:
Fridge, microwave, 3 gas rings, cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, teapot, coffee-maker, washing machine, clothes drier, etc.

Lounge/dining room:
Sofa bed 135cm x 180cm, coffee table, attractive dining table with 6 wooden chairs, satellite TV (astra + Hotbird), music system. Excellent views of the Alhambra, air conditioning.

Bathroom:
Washbasin, WC, bath, mirror, hairdrier.

Terraza:
There is a small terrace at the top of the house with a very good view.

Location:
This house is in a pedestrian street in the Albaicín. It is a 2 minutes walk to Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada).

Parking:
There is a public underground car park where you can leave your car and it takes approx 4 minutes to get to the car park on foot. The car park costs 16 euros for 24 hours. There is a car park a little further which costs 10 euros for 24 hours.

Important notes:
You have to climb steps to get to the house so it may not be a good idea for people who need to use a pushchair for children or for people with walking difficulties.

Conditions:
To book the house, you must pay a down payment of one third in advance. You must pay the rest on arrival. You are also asked to pay on arrival a damages deposit of 150€ which wil be refunded when you leave the apartment.
