The apartments are situated
in the Calle San Matias in the modern
centre of Granada. They are surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars
etc.
It
is just
a short
walk
to the
cathedral
and the
entrance to the Alhambra is about 10 minutes walking.
INFORMATION:
All the apartments
have:
Air-conditioning/heating: all apartments have air-conditioning
units in the lounge and the bedroom and central heating.
Kitchen:
2 electric hobs, sink, extractor, fridge, microwave, cooking
utensils, crockery, knives and forks, washing machine.
Bathroom:
bath/shower, washbasin.
Lounge/dining room:
dining table and chairs, TV, sofa-beds
Parking: There
are underground car parks 3 minutes' walk away from the apartments
but we recommend that you park in the Severo Ochoa underground
carpark because it is cheaper and easier to get to.
PRICES:
To make a booking,
it is necessary to make a down payment of 50%
of the total price in advance.
You must pay the rest on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the arrival
date, the deposit paid will be refunded (with the deduction of 10
euros for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled
between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit
paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than
7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
You must pay the
full remaining amount on arrival.
On arrival the owners
will take a breakages/damage deposit of 100 euros in cash
and you will be given
a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.
Check-in time: after
14:00 until 22:00
Check-out time: before 12:00 (midday)
Notes:
Sheets, blankets,
towels are provided free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.

the best car park, etc.) in the booking confirmation email.
