"Rosa" House (max 4):

1 bedroom: with double bed (2 people). There is a TV in the bedroom.

1 lounge/dining room: with double sofa bed (2 people), table and chairs, sofa, fireplace where you can burn wood (olive wood is available).

1 Veranda: just in front of the lounge (which has french windows) there is a small sun terrace with a table and chairs; views of the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada.

1 Kitchen: cooking utensils, crockery, fridge, microwave, gas hobs.

Bathroom: with bath/shower.

Rooftop terrace: with table and chairs, panoramic views of Granada including the Alhambra, the Generalife and the snow-tipped peaks of the Sierra Nevada etc.

Shared spaces:

There is a garden in front of the house. It is not a formal garden with flower beds etc, it is overgrown with wild flowers and grass. It is a nice place to sit out. You can have barbeques and in the summer, there is a paddling pool which you can use.

Parking:

There is no private parking space but it is easy to park in the street next to the house. However, access by car to this area is restricted. For details of these restrictions click here. We recommend that you park your car in an public underground parking space in the centre of town and then get a taxi to the house. A car is not needed when you in Granada.

From both houses you can watch the sunset.

If you wish to use the open fireplace there is a supply of olive wood for a small additional fee.
Use of a set of keys.

Notes:

There is no refund of the deposit if you cancel.
You must pay the full amount on arrival.
If you have to cancel for reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you with proof of payment so that you can make a claim.

On arrival the owners will take a breakages/damage deposit of 100€ in cash for each house. You will be given a receipt. This money will be returned on leaving.
