There are 5 apartments
of different sizes. In the
centre of the house is a large courtyard with a fountain. The
building was totally refurbished and opened to the public in
January 2004. There is underfloor gas heating in the apartments.
Location:
The location is one of
the best features of these apartments. They are about 5 minutes
walk from Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). Just around the
corner is the Paseo de los Tristes: a large area of open-air terraces

Every 15 minutes the
Albaicín
bus passes by: info here.

Minimum stay 2 nights

pay 25% of the total price in advance. You will
have to pay the rest on arrival.

There is no refund of
the deposit if you cancel.
If you have to cancel
for reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you
with proof of payment so that you can make a claim.
A damages deposit will be taken on
arrival to cover any repairs, breakages or cleaning necessary to
return the apartment to its original state as at the beginning
of the stay.
Sheets and towels will be changed after
7 days for longer stays.
A cleaning and laundry service is available
for a fee on request.
