centre of the house is a large courtyard with a fountain. There
is underfloor gas heating in the apartments.
Location:
The location is one of
the best features of these apartments. They are about 5 minutes
walk from Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). Just around the
corner is the Paseo de los Tristes: a large area of open-air terraces

Every 15 minutes the
Albaicín
bus passes by: info here.

Prices:
Minimum stay 2 nights
To book you have to
pay 25% of the total price in advance. You will
have to pay the rest on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled
more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will
be refunded (with the deduction of
6 euros for cancellation charges). If the reservation is cancelled
between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit
paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer
than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be
refunded.
A damages deposit will be taken on
arrival to cover any repairs, breakages or cleaning necessary to
return the apartment to its original state as at the beginning
of the stay.
Sheets and towels will be changed after
7 days for longer stays.
A cleaning and laundry service is available
for a fee on request.
