The apartments are situated
near Campo del Principe in the Realejo neighbourhood in the
centre of Granada. They are surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars
etc.
It
is just
a short
walk
to the
cathedral
and the
entrance to the Alhambra is about 15 minutes walking.
BTW: This is a good place for your parents to stay if you are studying
at the Centro de Lenguas Modernas.

Details:
All the apartments
have:
2 bedrooms.
You can see the exact bed distribution in the available apartments
when you fill in the form below. If you have a preference, put it in
the comments box when you make the reservation. The bedrooms have bedside
tables and ample wardrobes.
Air-conditioning -
All apartments have a hot and cold air-conditioning vents situated
in several key locations around the apartment to provide the ideal
environment whatever the weather conditions outside. These
apartments have 3 air-conditioning unts in each apartment. Normally
apartments of this type only have 1.
Kitchen
4 electric hobs, sink, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave,
cooking utensils, crockery, knives and forks, washing machine.
Bathroom
Bath/shower, wasbasin, bidet.
Lounge/dining room
with dining table and chairs, colour TV, a sofa bed.
Parking: We recommend two car parks. One is in the centre of Granada and is nearer the apartments (about 200 metres away). It is better for shorter stays (price 15 euros/24 hours). The other is better for longer stays (price 33 euros/week) and is 1.2km from the apartments. It is easily accessible from the ringroad and involves a short taxi ride (approximately 7 euros). We will send you more explicit instructions describing how to get to both car parks and maps in the confirmation e-mail.

Young children: These apartments are unsuitable for young children because there is a staircase inside the apartment. If you have young children we recommend the Santiago apartments. They have the same price but no stairs.
PRICES:
Minimum stay: 1 night (Sunday to Wednesday)
and 2 nights (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
To make a booking
you will have to pay a downpayment of 50% of the total price
in advance.
You will have to pay the rest on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is
cancelled more than 3 days before the arrival date, the deposit
paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than
3 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
You must pay the
full amount on arrival.
On arrival the owners
may take a breakages/damage deposit of 25% in cash and you
will be given
a receipt. This will be returned on leaving.
