This house is ideally located: the minibuses 31 (Albaicín) and 32 (Alhambra & Albaicín) go by every 10 minutes from the square below the house and it takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). Down the hill is Paseo de los Tristes, just below the Alhambra, with its many terrazas, bars and restaurants. Up the hill is Plaza Larga with its shops, bars, restaurants, and Saturday flower market, and Plaza San Nicolas with its spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Another nearby popular square is Plaza San Miguel Bajo - a popular eating place for locals and tourists alike, particularly on Sundays.

Bad things: To get to the house, you have to go up a
short street where there is a barking dog which sometimes smells. This problem
only affects you when you go past - it will not affect your stay in the house
in any way. We only mention this because it can create a bad impression on
arrival.

PARKING:
Once you are familiar with the area, you can park nearer the house for free outside. Non-residents are not allowed to enter the area between 14.00 and 20.00. You can leave at any time.
CONDITIONS:
To book the house, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total price in advance. The remainder is paid when you arrive.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid by credit card will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled fewer than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, the guest is liable to pay the full amount.
