Introduction:
There are four types of apartment: standard, superior, premium or penthouse.
The two standard apartments have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a kitchen/lounge/dining area with a sofa-bed for two additional people.
The superior apartment has 1 cave-type bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is a lounge/dining area with a sofa-bed for two additional people and a separate kitchen. There is a reading platform with views of the Albaicín.
The premium apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single with an extra bed) and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen/dining area and lounge area with another single bed and an extra bed.
The two duplex penthouse apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms. There is kitchen/dining area and lounge area with a sofa-bed for two additional people. They both have roof terraces with amazing views of the Albaicín and the Alhambra. One also has a workspace.

The apartments are ideally located in the centre of Granada - only a couple of minutes from Plaza Nueva (the centre of Granada). All the major monuments are within an easy walking distance (cathedral, Alhambra, Royal Chapel, etc.) and there are many bars and restaurants nearby.

2 electric hobs, sink,
fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery,
knives and forks.
1-2 bathrooms:
WC, shower, wash basin and hair dryer. Hot water. Washing machine.
Living/dining area:
Dining-room table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, flat-screen television, etc.
Free WIFI:
Free high speed Internet access.
Heating /air-conditoning:
All the apartments have powerful
air-conditioning units which provide hot and cool air according to
requirements.
Booking:
To reserve your accommodation,
it is necessary to pay a downpayment of 50% of the full
price in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Damages deposit: The
owners have the right to ask for a damages deposit of 150 EUROS. It
will be returned at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage.
Getting
here: We
will provide you with a detailed map with instructions on how to
get here and get the keys. You will be able to print all the arrival
instructions from a web page and bring them with you.
Parking: There is a public
car park near the apartments which costs 15 euros/24 hours but for longer stays we recommend parking in the Severo Ochoa car park which costs 35 euros/week (if you buy a BONO SEMANAL).We will provide instructions how to get to both car parks in the confirmation email. Official departure time: before 12.00 (noon).
